Jude Crowell, Chief Client Officer, leads the development and management of Invicta’s client deliverables, including key performance indicators and customer satisfaction. Although Jude serves as Invicta’s architect for client engagement, he is also a true community servant. We asked him to articulate the Company’s guiding principles in his own authentic voice.
