Chief Executive Officer
Donny Zamora serves as Chief Executive Officer for Invicta Health Solutions, delivering more than 25 years of experience in healthcare and revenue cycle technologies. Prior to Invicta, he served in executive posts with brands such as Bolder Healthcare Solutions, Parallon, The Outsource Group and MedStandard. A leading expert in innovative recovery solutions for the healthcare industry, Donny executes the strategic direction of the organization. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Texas A&M University.

Derek Shaw


Derek Shaw is a technology visionary with 20+ years of experience in the healthcare industry, specifically in third party billing and insurance recovery, and comprehensive revenue cycle solutions. He has led operations, revenue cycle projects, data integration, and process optimization activities in service to some of the largest healthcare and hospital systems in the U.S. As Invicta’s President, Derek leads all technology-related product development such as: Robotic Process Automation (RPA); Artificial Intelligence (AI) solutions; application programming interfaces (API); and interoperability design. He holds a BBA as well as an MBA from the University of Houston’s Bauer College of Business.

Jennifer Evans
Chief Brand Officer
In her 25+ years as a brand communications leader, Jennifer Evans has counseled organizations of all sizes, integrating research and training to foster healthy, collaborative partnerships and build award-winning, high-performance teams. For Invicta, Jennifer mentors in-house and outside teams in brand reputation, marketing, culture-building and social responsibility. She holds an Undergraduate degree as well as a Master of Arts in Communications from the University of Houston.
Jude Crowell
Chief Client Officer
Jude Crowell leads the development and management of client deliverables, including key performance indicators and customer satisfaction. As Invicta’s architect for client engagement, he calls upon more than 15 years of healthcare services expertise. Jude is a community servant, including many roles within the Healthcare Financial Management Association (HFMA). Most recently, he led HFMA Region 5, spearheading numerous service initiatives. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Austin Peay State University.
Tiffany Echevarria
Vice President of Operations

Tiffany Echevarria has led revenue cycle operations in the healthcare industry for more than 15 years, highly focused on new technologies and implementation. As a Vice President of Operations for Invicta, Tiffany plays a pivotal role in client management, where she serves as a liaison between the client and Invicta’s operational team. She leads with an expert-level prowess for productivity standards, process workflows, and resource utilization to improve overall operations. Her expertise is furthered by her work with State, Federal, and community indigent programs and an understanding of revenue analysis and auditing services best practices. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree with a concentration in Healthcare Administration from the University of Central Florida.

Melissa Lochman
Vice President of Operations

Melissa Lochman has successfully managed specialized technology and healthcare revenue cycle service engagements on behalf of hundreds of client hospitals across 30 states. As a Vice President of Operations, she is accountable for enrollment services, process review and best practices, operational technology deployment, revenue analysis, and performance management. She has an exceptional track record in liaising with local, state, regional and federal institutions to streamline patient eligibility application process, building upon her experiences with indigent mental health case management prior to her decade+ tenure in RCM. She serves as a frequent subject matter expert for new technology deployment and as an internal lead, mentor and advocate for effective talent acquisition, training and retention. Melissa holds both an MBA from Nova Southeastern University and a Bachelor of Arts from University of North Florida.

Summer Dobbs
Vice President of Operations


Summer Dobbs is an Operational leader with more than 15 years of experience in Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management. Summer directs Invicta’s Revenue Cycle Management processes, improving customer satisfaction and driving overall operational best practices. Her previous employers include Memorial Hermann Health System, ParrishShaw, and the United States Army. Summer holds an MBA as well as an Undergraduate degree from the University of Houston.

Elizabeth Fichera
Vice President of Operations
Elizabeth (Liz) Fichera serves as an executive leader, mentor, and subject matter expert for Invicta’s client-focused Enrollment teams. With more than 20 years of healthcare revenue cycle industry experience, her track record has yielded numerous results in streamlined and efficient procedures creating powerful, positive outcomes for both small and large teams. Liz exhibits mastery in facilitating all workflow processes, goal-setting and KPIs, staffing, and general operations. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Robert Morris University in Chicago.
Trey Dart
Vice President of Business Development
Trey Dart leads Invicta’s national business development program. He has more than 15 years of experience in customer success, including healthcare services. Trey’s metric-driven focus, combined with his strong relationship-building skills, helps to propel the company’s healthcare business growth. He holds a Bachelor of Healthcare Administration degree from Texas State University.
David Daugherty
Vice President of Information Technology
A United States Army veteran and a technology expert with more than 20 years of expertise, David Daugherty serves as Invicta’s Vice President of Information Technology. He has been an instrumental player in evolving our information technology and operational systems since early in the Company’s inception. His leadership and partnership with our Operational and Revenue Cycle leadership has helped to advance Invicta’s accelerated deployment of leading edge, secure, best practice technology.


Erin Davidson
Regional Director of Operations
Erin Davidson serves as a mentor and an operational coordinator for Invicta’s client-focused Enrollment teams. Throughout her career spanning nearly 15 years, she has managed Medicaid operational relationships in both the public and private sectors, working for county government and managing healthcare advocacy operations. Erin has an excellent ability to partner and drive positive outcomes with internal and external stakeholders. She holds two advanced degrees, including a Bachelor of Science degree in Social Work.
