Invicta Announces Key Leadership Additions to Manage New Growth

Invicta Health Solutions, an established leader in specialized technology and revenue cycle management solutions and services, today announced the following key appointments to strengthen the Company’s leadership team as it manages a rapidly growing client base across the United States.

ROBERT GRIFFIN, CHIEF GROWTH OFFICER

Robert Griffin has been appointed Chief Growth Officer (CGO), reporting to Chief Executive Officer Donny Zamora. In the newly created role, he will have ownership for business planning and market strategy, with a metrics- and performance-focused approach.

Robert began his career in health revenue cycle management as Director of Eligibility Services with MedAssist. He was then recruited to ZirMed (now WayStar), where he served as a Senior Sales Executive. He was a multi-year recipient of ZirMed’s Presidents Club honors for exemplary performance and service. In 2011, he was recruited by DECO Recovery Management as a Business Development Manager. While at DECO, he also became a Certified Federal Navigator, helping consumers navigate their way through insurance coverage selection.

Robert serves as President-Elect for the South Carolina Chapter of Healthcare Financial Management Association (HFMA), and he recently earned a Gold Founders Award from the national Healthcare Financial Management Association. He earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Sociology with a minor in Psychology from Francis Marion University.

MICHAEL G. WILSON, REVENUE INTEGRITY DIRECTOR

Michael “Mike” Wilson has been appointed Revenue Integrity Director, also reporting to Chief Executive Officer Donny Zamora. For Invicta, he will support client and Company goals in revenue performance; financial analysis; reporting and compliance; and operational data analysis for client decision-making. Mike’s healthcare career has spanned more than 30 successful years in revenue cycle management and financial operations, following four years of service to the United States Air Force. He began his healthcare work in Corporate Accounting for Humana in 1985. Upon Humana’s acquisition by HCA, he became the Accounting Director for Humana’s hospital in Lucerne, Florida. Over the next 14 years, he served in multiple leadership roles for HCA’s Finance and Patient Financial Services offices.

He left HCA in 1999 to assume responsibilities with DCH Health System in Tuscaloosa, Alabama where he served as the Director of Business Operations for nearly two decades, leading all revenue cycle related functions for administration and operations. He earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Finance from Boise State University.

According to CEO Donny Zamora, “Invicta’s first efforts introduced solutions using transformative technologies to support our revenue cycle management divisions. Our methodology involved a migration plan of an evolving suite of Solutions and Services that has greatly condensed the life cycle of research, product development, and implementation for our clients. Consequently, we are poised for continued exceptional growth in 2022, and I am delighted to add both Robert and Mike to “Team Invicta.”
