Fresh Perspectives on Leadership with HFMA’s Idaho Conference Speakers
Last week, Invicta’s leadership team participated in the HFMA Idaho Chapter’s Summer Conference in picturesque McCall. Invicta’s Chief Client Officer, Jude Crowell, served as one of the speakers for the annual event, and our Chief Executive Officer, Donny Zamora, shared his takeaways with us.
The HFMA Idaho Chapter’s Summer Conference started off with a rousing opening address by Knowtion Health’s Regional Vice President, Cally Christensen. Cally inspired the audience with her own lessons learned and best practices for surviving – and thriving – during periods of significant change inside a rapidly growing organization.
- Installation of the Chapter’s incoming 2023-24 Board of Directors, which is helmed by Aspirion’s Bray Manderson.
- Jude Crowell’s powerful session on the intersection and correlation between service and leadership.
- A culture-focused session on civility in the workplace led by Estelle Barnes and Kari Cornicelli.
- A series of sessions around the topic of data reporting, intelligence, chaos, and post-covid predictions.
